It was followed by ηλεκτρονικο καπνισμα, ηλεκτρονικα τσιγαρα, and hlektronika tsigara which isn't as highly ranked as ηλεκτρονικο τσιγαρο. The next words the site uses is cigarette. e cigarette was also included and will not be seen by search crawlers.
